YO AI Labs seeks a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support CRM and revenue-system operations on a contractor basis. You will audit, unify, and optimize multiple CRM platforms and related systems, ensuring clean data and effective automation across the revenue stack.

The role requires hands-on CRM experience, strong data reconciliation skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
