Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems across CRM platforms in a remote contractor role. You will audit, reconcile, and optimize CRM and connected systems, ensuring data integrity and scalable governance.

Strong knowledge of CRM configurations, data models, and integration patterns is required. The position focuses on creating clear processes, addressing data inconsistencies, and refining SaaS workflows for billing, CPQ, and ticketing

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
