RSM is seeking an associate in the Microsoft D365 practice to learn and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, engaging directly with clients to gather requirements and tailor software for their business needs.

You will be involved in designing, building, testing, deploying enhancements, and training customer personnel. The role emphasizes collaboration, Agile methodologies, and ongoing client support, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to travel.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.

As an associate in the Microsoft D365 practice, you will actively participate in learning Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and engage in the full cycle of software implementation. This will include working directly with clients, learning their business and gathering the requirements of a tailored, effective software solution. Associates will have integral involvement in designing, building and documenting system enhancements, and then testing the results and training customer personnel in their use.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, Computer Science or other related business fields
• Ability to travel
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients
• Relevant, hands-on work-related experience working in a team environment
• Desire to learn and grow
• Strong organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Experience with Scribe a plus

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $68,640 - $81,900
