Job summary

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, testing, and deploying AI-powered conversational solutions.

The stakeholder is particularly focused on candidates who can demonstrate practical, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and its key concepts during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom copilots/agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Configure topics, triggers, entities, variables, prompts, adaptive cards, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Build conversational experiences using Generative Answers and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Dataverse, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and Azure services.
• Develop Power Automate flows for backend automation and business processes.
• Implement custom connectors and API integrations.
• Configure authentication, permissions, security roles, and access controls.
• Design Grounding/RAG solutions using enterprise data and approved knowledge sources.
• Implement fallback, escalation, error handling, and human-agent handoff.
• Perform unit/integration testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
• Monitor copilot performance and continuously improve responses and user experience.
• Follow Power Platform ALM, governance, security, and environment-management practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with BAs, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience building and configuring custom Copilots/Agents.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Generative Answers, Generative AI, Grounding, and RAG.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, Azure services, Dynamics 365, and custom connectors.
• Understanding of authentication, security, permissions, and Power Platform governance.
• Experience with testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise AI/GenAI implementations.
• Knowledge of Azure AI services.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM and CI/CD.
• Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot Studio certifications are an advantage.
