Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services seeks an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform AI Developer to design, develop, configure, test, and deploy AI-powered conversational solutions.

The candidate should demonstrate hands-on knowledge of Copilot Studio concepts during the interview and be able to integrate with Dataverse, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and Azure services while implementing grounding, RAG, authentication, and ALM practices.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and developing custom copilots/agents.
• Experience configuring topics, triggers, entities, prompts, and adaptive cards.
• Experience building conversational experiences using Generative AI and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Understanding of authentication, security, permissions, and governance for Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom copilots/agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Configure topics, triggers, entities, prompts, and adaptive cards; enable Generative AI capabilities.
• Build conversational experiences using Generative Answers and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Dataverse, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and Azure services.
• Develop Power Automate flows for backend automation and business processes.
• Implement custom connectors and API integrations; ensure security and access controls.
