Qim info SA recherche un développeur Studio Copilot et Power Platform en freelance pour accompagner un client international dans sa transformation digitale People & Culture. Vous concevrez, développerez et maintiendrez des agents IA conversationnels, et des flux d’automatisation sécurisés et évolutifs.

Vous travaillerez avec les équipes People & Culture, IT et Data, pour tester, déployer et assurer le support en production tout en veillant à la conformité et à la gouvernance IA, et en produisant

Qualifications

• Expérience pratique avec Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Solide expérience avec Microsoft Power Platform et Power Automate; Power Apps apprécié.
• Bonne compréhension de l'IA générative, des LLM et des concepts IA conversationnelle.
• Expérience ou connaissance des environnements HRIS et People & Culture est appréciée.
• Expérience avec Salesforce et/ou SAP SuccessFactors est un atout.
• Anglais courant à l'oral et à l'écrit.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement entièrement à distance et international.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et esprit pragmatique.

Responsibilities

• Concevoir et développer des agents IA conversationnels avec Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Construire des automatisations et des flux avec Power Platform (Power Automate).
• Intégrer les agents IA avec Salesforce et SAP SuccessFactors et d'autres systèmes d'entreprise.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec People & Culture, IT, Data, Security et Architecture.
• Tester, déployer, surveiller et assurer le support en production des agents.
• Améliorer continuellement les performances des agents et la valeur métier.
• Veiller au respect de la confidentialité, de la sécurité et de la gouvernance IA.
• Rédiger une documentation technique et partager les connaissances.

We are currently looking for a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Power Plateform to support an international client’s People & Culture digital transformation initiatives.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain conversational AI agents, helping transform HR business needs into secure, scalable, and high-value AI solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build automations and workflows with the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Work closely with People & Culture, IT, Data, Security, and Architecture teams.
• Test, deploy, monitor, and provide production support for AI agents.
• Continuously improve agent performance, user experience, and business value.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, AI governance, and responsible AI requirements.
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Your profile

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate; experience with Power Apps is highly appreciated.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational AI concepts.
• Ideally, a Microsoft development background covering Power Platform, application development, and/or cloud technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP SuccessFactors is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with HR processes, HRIS environments, or People & Culture topics is appreciated.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote and international environment.
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
