Role Description

The Microsoft Copilot Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Fayetteville, AR Area. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Copilot and related Microsoft 365 services to support business productivity and collaboration. Day-to-day tasks include integrating Copilot with tools such as Exchange and SharePoint, developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation and administration, and troubleshooting user and system issues. The engineer will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement secure and compliant solutions, and provide guidance and training on Copilot capabilities and best practices. The role also involves monitoring system performance, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of the Microsoft ecosystem within client environments.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing, resolving, and preventing issues across Microsoft 365 and related systems.


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange, including configuration, administration, and support.


• Solid background in Information Technology fundamentals, including networking, security, and systems administration.


• Proficiency with PowerShell for automation, scripting, and bulk administration tasks in Microsoft 365 environments.


• Experience with SharePoint for collaboration solutions, permissions management, and integration with Copilot and other Microsoft tools.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Office apps) and their administration is highly beneficial.


• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent experience, are preferred.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Fayetteville, AR Area and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
