Job Summary – Microsoft CE CRM Developer
- Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM solutions based on Agile backlog requirements.
- Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders for successful project delivery.
- Participate as a team member under designated leadership to implement defined solutions.
- Support defining and integrating Dynamics 365 CE with Contact Center applications, self-service portals, SAP, and payment gateways.
- Ensure seamless integration and data flow across enterprise systems for best-in-class performance.
- Assist in developing and delivering end-user training and promoting user adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization for deployed Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Identify, recommend, and implement system/functionality enhancements to improve user experience.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE applications and Customer Service features (Channels, Workstreams, Unified Routing, Omnichannel, etc.) per business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and functional alignment.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline processes, adhering to Application Lifecycle Management best practices and PTC standards.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with technology teams, business owners, sponsors, vendors, and clients.
- Independently manage assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Document all work, including technical/functional designs, test plans/scripts, impact analyses, lessons learned, and best practices, following PTC templates and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all PTC policies, procedures, and software development lifecycle documentation.
- Utilize various software and technology tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, ADO Testing Module) to accomplish job duties.
- Perform other assigned duties as required by PTC leadership.
