BUGENDAITECH US LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join our ERP-focused team. You will design, customize and implement BC solutions, bridging business processes with ERP technology to unlock value for clients.

The role requires 2–4 years of BC/Dynamics NAV experience, AL/C/VS Code proficiency and strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. A certification is preferred and relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• BC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize BC solutions using AL.

• Build and maintain BC integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations and data conversions.
• Collaborate with consultants to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across BC modules.
• Create design specs and user guides.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL programming language
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional ERP configurations and technical specifications
• Build and maintain integrations between Business Central and third-party applications via APIs and web services
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and data conversions within the Business Central environment
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across Business Central modules
• Create technical documentation, including design specs and user guides

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2-4 yrs of developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Proficiency in AL language, C/AL, and Visual Studio Code with the AL extension
• Strong understanding of Business Central modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD pipelines
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
