Job summary

Harborstone Credit Union in Lakewood, WA seeks a Microsoft Solutions & Governance Manager to lead a Center of Excellence for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, governing enterprise-wide solutions, security, and compliance.

You will maximize usage of Microsoft tools, establish standards, and collaborate with IT, Security, Legal and business units to implement effective training and solutions. On-site with hybrid eligibility after introductory period, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft administration, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Microsoft Solutions governance and Center of Excellence.
• Architect and support Microsoft 365 solutions enterprise-wide.
• Develop and enforce policies, standards, and training for users and admins.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders on licensing, data residency, and retention.
