Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Microsoft administration, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Proven experience with enterprise file migrations tools (e.g., ShareGate).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Microsoft Governance team and establish solution and user standards.
• Document policies, repeatable processes, and training materials.
• Coordinate security audits and align with IT, Security, Legal during acquisitions.
