Job summary

Inviso Corporation is seeking a Microsoft 365 AI Security Engineer (Remote) to design, implement, and optimize security, governance, and compliance across Microsoft 365 environments. You will work with Purview, Entra ID, Defender, and Agent 365 to translate requirements into practical controls and operationalize solutions for client environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, client-facing engagement, and collaboration within the Microsoft Solutions Group to secure and govern 365

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 security, compliance or identity solutions in enterprises.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview security capabilities (Information Protection, DLP, retention, eDiscovery).
• Experience implementing Entra ID security controls (Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, identity governance).
• Experience with Copilot/AI agents and agent-based security solutions.
• Experience with Defender and 365 security integration across identity, apps, endpoints and cloud.
• Understanding of Zero Trust across Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for administration, security, and configuration.
• Strong consulting, client-facing and meeting facilitation skills.
• Strong written documentation skills in structured project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Purview security, compliance and information protection capabilities.
• Configure Purview DLP, retention, eDiscovery and related compliance controls.
• Implement security for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents (Agent 365).
• Design and implement identity controls using Entra ID: Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, governance, privileged access.
• Assess environments, identify gaps, and provide remediation recommendations.
• Integrate Defender, 365 security, identity, and governance across customer environments.
• Collaborate with client security, compliance and IT teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, governance frameworks, and implementation plans.
• Support workshops, discovery, design, implementation, testing and knowledge transfer.
