Job summary
Invesco in Houston is seeking a Microsoft 365 engineer/administrator to support and improve Enterprise Workplace and Collaboration solutions across Microsoft 365, with focus on Purview, DLP, data protection, and compliance. You will help configure policies, manage endpoints, and ensure secure, compliant operations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.
The role requires 2–4 years in a M365 engineering/administration role, familiarity with regulated
Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and/or collaboration services.
- Hands-on experience with DLP policies and sensitivity labels.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Experience in regulated environments such as Financial Services is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.
- Configure and maintain Purview DLP policies and sensitivity labels.
- Monitor policy matches, alerts, and reporting; investigate trends and reduce false positives.
- Ensure compliance, data protection, and governance across Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to translate regulatory requirements into controls.
