Job summary

M&T Bank in Buffalo, NY is seeking a solutions developer to configure, support, and enhance Microsoft 365 configurations across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and related services, ensuring operational continuity and a positive user experience.

The role partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into governance-aligned configurations, performs basic testing, data quality checks, and documentation, and supports reporting and analytics using Power BI and PowerShell

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and minimum 3 years' enterprise technology experience or a Bachelor's with 1 year of experience.
• Professional proficiency in at least one relevant platform.
• PowerShell scripting and Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support deployment of system settings, workflows, and business rules.
• Gather and analyze business challenges; validate functional needs align with best practices.
• Provide basic user support and create guidance documentation.
• Troubleshoot incidents; escalate issues to reduce risk.
• Document issues, perform basic testing, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Implement basic integrations and document data integration tasks.
• Monitor data quality and support data governance tasks.
• Build reports and analytics from data per reporting procedures.
