Job summary

KLA in Ann Arbor is seeking a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure & Security leader to steer strategic direction, security posture, and lifecycle management of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will own platform governance, Exchange Online administration, and global email security initiatives.

You will drive Proofpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Zero Trust controls while collaborating with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and IT teams to deliver a secure modern workplace across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with related work experience as listed.
Extensive hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 in large enterprises.
Proven track record delivering secure, compliant email and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, roadmap, architecture, and operations of the Microsoft 365 platform.
Lead Microsoft 365 tenant administration and governance.
Define operational standards, policies, and best practices for Microsoft 365 services.
Drive email security initiatives including Proofpoint and Defender for Office 365.
Manage Exchange Online administration and hybrid environments when applicable.
Ensure security, compliance, and Zero Trust principles across services.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver secure modern workplace services.
