Job summary

Wipro Limited in Marysville, Ohio is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administrator to manage hybrid environments at L2–L4 levels.

You will work with Exchange servers, connectors, mail flow, and security features such as DMARC/DKIM, SPF, and SSO with ADFS, while collaborating with clients onsite.

The role requires 8+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related technologies; master’s degree and certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in large-scale M365 hybrid environments.
• Previous Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience required.
• Familiarity with Azure, Hyper-V, and Exchange Edge server administration.
• Master’s degree and Microsoft Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactive in direct client communication and capable of onsite presence.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment at L2–L4 levels; know Exchange servers and their roles.
• Detailed mail flow management for Exchange/O365 hybrid environment.
• Experience with connectors in Exchange/Microsoft 365 and mail hygiene solutions.
• Coordinate with Active Directory and SSO solutions including ADFS.
