Job summary

Altimetrik Poland is seeking a Copilot Studio Specialist to join a small team delivering solutions for a global biotechnology company focused on immunology and autoimmune diseases. You will deploy and extend Copilot Studio, configure data connectors, and implement Purview and DLP controls.

The role emphasizes user enablement, adoption tracking and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable Copilot-based solutions across enterprise data sources.

We are looking for a Copilot Studio Specialist to join a small team delivering solutions for a global biotechnology company specialising in immunology and treatments for severe autoimmune diseases. The team is responsible for deploying and extending Microsoft 365 Copilot and building custom agents in Copilot Studio. The scope covers configuration, integration with enterprise data, data protection controls, user enablement and adoption tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and extend custom agents using Copilot Studio.
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Configure connectors to enterprise data sources.
• Implement Microsoft Purview and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls.
• Support user onboarding, training and enablement.
• Track adoption and usage of deployed solutions.
