Job summary

Unisys Corporation in Philadelphia seeks a senior Microsoft 365 consultant to lead Copilot-enabled workplace modernization projects. You will guide engagements across Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Purview, and OneDrive, delivering practical roadmaps and designs.

The role requires hands-on implementation, strong stakeholder engagement, and ability to manage multiple engagements with minimal supervision, aligning outcomes with enterprise security and governance goals.

Job description

What success looks like in this role:

• Lead and deliver Microsoft 365 and Copilot consulting engagements across areas such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, security, governance, Intune, Purview, automation, and AI-enabled productivity experiences. **Hands-on implementation experience is a must have**
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, build consensus, and translate objectives into clear, actionable recommendations
• Take ownership of engagement outcomes, including discovery, workshop facilitation, solution shaping, documentation, stakeholder playback, and follow-up actions
• Operate autonomously across multiple client engagements, managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and ambiguity with minimal supervision
• Assess existing Microsoft 365 environments and identify opportunities to improve collaboration, productivity, governance, security, and operational effectiveness
• Develop pragmatic roadmaps, designs, and implementation approaches that are proportionate to client needs and aligned with Microsoft 365 best practice
• Support change and stakeholder engagement activities to help clients realize measurable value from Microsoft 365 and Copilot
• Contribute to consulting methods, reusable assets, service offerings, and delivery best practices across the team

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Broad hands-on experience across the Microsoft 365 platform, with strong awareness of how core services such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Purview, OneDrive, security, governance, and Copilot work together to support modern workplace outcomes
• Strong consulting experience, including senior stakeholder engagement, consensus building, discovery, workshop facilitation, requirements analysis, recommendation development, and executive-level communication
• Proven ability to work independently, make sound delivery decisions, manage ambiguity, and progress client engagements with minimal day-to-day oversight
• Experience producing clear consulting deliverables such as assessments, options papers, roadmaps, designs, workshop outputs, and executive summaries
• 5 years experience working in consulting, professional services, enterprise transformation, or complex project delivery environments where priorities can change quickly
• Relevant Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, security, Teams, or Copilot are beneficial but not essential
• Degree in a related field, equivalent practical experience, or comparable consulting and enterprise delivery experience
