Responsibilities

• Safe handling of equipment and materials; understand hazards and PPE use.
• Maintain on time production schedule by coordinating daily activities.
• Accurate and timely completion of tasks and documentation.
• Effective communication with team members and management.
• Work overtime to cover vacancies and meet customer requirements.
• Promote teamwork by assisting others when needed.
• Train new or less experienced team members.
• Operate equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Observe, adjust, and monitor equipment for safety and quality.
• Document process data timely and accurately.
• Issue materials and complete orders in Deacom.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in continuous improvement.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Ability to push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds; wear respirator as required.
• Work safely around hazardous chemicals.
