Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Hardware Reliability Technician for the Starlink microelectronics reliability team in the U.S. This hands-on role executes microelectronics reliability tests, supports failure analysis, and ensures the highest quality and reliability of silicon and packaged components.

Responsibilities include operating test equipment, documenting results, collaborating with engineers, supporting lab operations, and performing maintenance as needed in a fast-paced, clean lab environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years in production, manufacturing, or technical lab environment
• Willingness to work OT and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate failure analysis and reliability test equipment
• Document test results and data accurately
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve test-related issues
• Support day-to-day operations of the reliability test lab
• Perform basic maintenance on test equipment and sample prep
