RTX is seeking a manufacturing technician for an onsite role in Andover, MA (3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). The position involves microelectronic and microwave fabrication, inspection, and related tasks to ensure product quality.

Candidates must be able to follow instructions and work with precision in a team environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass assessments related to the duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED) required.
• Ability to successfully pass required assessments related to duties described.

Responsibilities

• Follow verbal, written, video and computer instructions.
• Perform microelectronic and microwave fabrication, screening, assembly, inspection, active/passive trimming.
• Operate multiple equipment pieces simultaneously.
• Monitor process equipment for specification compliance and tasks related to process.
• Mark, stencil and paint as required by process.
