The Microelectronics Integration and Test group is seeking a Microelectronics Integration and Test Engineer. As a member of the technical staff, the candidate will apply microelectronic test methods to characterize, evaluate, verify, and validate custom microelectronic solutions designed at Draper. These systems include application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), both analog and digital, as well as custom microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). The candidate will also support the integration of these devices into systems and contribute to the test and evaluation of the integrated systems. The ideal candidate is someone who works well in cross-functional teams and has experience with the integration and testing of microelectronic systems. They also will have the following skills:
Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
Requires 3-5 years in Systems Engineering or relevant role.
Applicants will be required to obtain and maintain a secret government security clearance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 - $156,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
