Job summary

Draper is seeking a Microelectronics Integration and Test Engineer to apply microelectronic test methods to characterize, evaluate, verify, and validate ASICs and MEMS. You will support integration of devices into systems and contribute to test and evaluation of integrated systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in systems engineering or a relevant role, with experience in test equipment and automated testing using Python or scripting. Requires a bachelor's degree and security clearance.

Qualifications

• Good documentation skills.
• Experience with define/test plans and execution.
• Experience with environmental testing (including radiation) and reliability stresses.
• Ability to lead tasks and work in cross-functional teams.
• Test plan development and development of test methods.

Responsibilities

• Define I&T approach for a component / subsystem / system and independently execute plan.
• Contribute high quality content for technical reports and presentations with minimal guidance.
• Adapt appropriately to changes in program requirements.
• Proactively identify needs and concerns and communicate to project leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
