Job summary

The Fountain Group seeks an Microelectronics Engineer for a on-site role in El Segundo, CA. The position focuses on analyzing requirements to develop electronic product designs, specifications and technical solutions that meet project needs.

You will create, test, and validate designs and support the product lifecycle across suppliers and technologies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years in SystemVerilog and UVM, with strong digital hardware

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of UVM experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital hardware fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, test, and validate product designs to ensure performance, quality and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, monitor progress, assist with supplier-related decisions and research new technologies for future development.

Job description

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Microelectronics Engineer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in El Segundo, CA 90245. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Details:

• Pay: $76.60/hr to Start!!
• 6 -month assignment, possibility for conversion or extension based on performance and budget.
• Monday- Friday: 8am-4:30pm PST(1st Shift). (Onsite)
• Position will be mainly responsible for analyzing customer and system requirements to develop electronic product designs, specifications, and technical solutions that meet project needs.
• Position will also be responsible for creating, reviewing, testing, and validating product designs to ensure performance, quality, and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Position will also be responsible for providing engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, monitoring technical progress, assisting with supplier-related technical decisions, and researching new technologies for future product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or related field is Required!
• At least 2 years of previous System Verilog experience is Required!
• At least2 years of previous UVM (universal verification methodology) experience is Required!
• Strong Knowledge of digital hardware fundamentals is Required!
