Analog Devices Federal LLC in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a 2nd Shift Microelectronics Assembly Training Specialist to develop and execute production training for complex hybrid modules used in commercial, space, and military applications.

The role requires 5+ years in electro-mechanical assembly, IPC/J-STD certifications, and MIL-STD-883 inspection credentials, with strong communication and leadership skills. Shift is 8 hours Monday-Friday with a differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• IPC J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610 solder training certification.
• MIL-STD-883 pre-cap visual inspection certification.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on integrated module assembly including mechanical assembly, soldering to Class 3 per IPC standards, die attach, and visual inspection.
• Train on material handling procedures and MES-tracked documentation.
• Develop and maintain assembly manufacturing process checklists with SMEs.
• Update training documentation to current industry practices.
• Administer training classes on focus subjects including unit processes.
• Assist new hires with online Quality training.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to develop rework documentation and train on rework.
