Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Microelectronic Technician in Apopka, FL to perform diverse semiconductor processing tasks. You will operate and monitor photolithography, deposition, etching, and related processes under documented procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with electronics/manufacturing experience, or an Associate's degree in a STEM field, plus eligibility for a Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years electronics/manufacturing experience or an Associate's degree in a related STEM field.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience or 1 year of semiconductor (cleanroom) manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Run fabrication equipment for processing semiconductor materials and devices per process docs.
• Examine resist/develop processing, exposure, metallization and etching for quality.
• Interpret SPC charts and prepare reports; manage masks and photographic requirements.
• Place lots on hold per engineering guidance and document in MES.
• Manipulate wafers in a FOUP up to 25 pounds with a wand as needed.
