Job summary

Utilizing state of the art strategies, processes and human capital, Controlled-CS ensures the highest degree of service and integrity for the sensitive environment we support; impacting those industries that impact the world.POSITION PURPOSE:The MicroCleaner Lead oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs of specific accounts or group sites.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniquesIdentifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.Makes rounds to check for crew coverage of designated work areas, assigns needed coverage, gives special cleaning instructions and/or assignments, and ascertains compliance with directives.Maintain records, such as reporting and managing employee paid time off.Ensures accurate time keeping and ensures labor law compliancePerforms inventories, reports and related work as assigned.All other duties as defined by supervisor.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.1 year of experience in the cleaning and/or janitorial arenasVersed in safety requirements, equipment use, scheduling and training.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:StandWalkLift/ClimbTalk/HearUse hands to finger, handle or feel.Reach with hands or arms.VISION REQUIREMENT:This position requires to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)Controlled Contamination Services is an equal opportunity employer – vets/disability
