• Collaborate with microbiology team; maintain attention to detail and clear communication.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure accurate results and communicate findings.
• Conduct product, environmental, and raw ingredient testing; document and troubleshoot.
• Perform media preparation and lab housekeeping.
