Southeast Health is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor for the Second/Third Shift to oversee daily operations in the hospital's core laboratory. Reporting to the Administrative Director of the Laboratory, you will participate in committees and ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate holds a Baccalaureate degree in medical technology, biology, or chemistry, with five years of laboratory experience and at least one year in a supervisory

Under the general direction of Administrative Director of the Laboratory and in conjunction with chief of pathology, is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Second/Third Shift section of the laboratory. Will participate in committees pertaining to Second/Third Shift. All duties will be performed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards and will comply with all criteria mandated by appropriate accrediting and licensing agencies.
Baccalaureate degree in relevant sciences such as medical technology, biology, or chemistry
Minimum five years laboratory experience and one year supervisory experience preferred
Medical Technologist certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred Specialty registration preferred
