Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Associate degree with 8 years' relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in related work.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiology testing, including serial dilutions, plating, and colony counting.
• Produce microbiological media for experiments and production.
• Manage product and process improvements using established design and process controls.
• Contribute to design control, process, and product improvement activities and investigations.
• Develop experiments, analyze data, and recommend next steps to support product quality.
