Job summary

Boston Scientific in Arden Hills, MN is seeking a laboratory analyst to perform routine chemical and microbiological analyses supporting the quality program. You will interpret results, prepare data, and assist in improving lab efficiency.

Qualifications

2 years of experience with High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships.
Associates Degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite applications.
Experience working in microbiology and/or regulated laboratories.
Familiarity with graduated cylinder, tinsnips, scissors and taking measurements.

Responsibilities

Receive and log test samples in laboratory information management software.
Support general lab tasks: inventory, supplies, cleanliness, glassware handling.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and prepare routine solutions.
Record observations and perform simple calculations for data evaluation.
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory policies and standards.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance lab quality.
Assist investigations related to testing, including CAPAs in eCAPA.
