Job summary

Focus on timely, accurate diagnostics and interdepartmental collaboration. Responsibilities include supervising testing, QA, staff training, equipment calibration, and maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Physical, Chemical, or Biological sciences required.
• 2-4 years of clinical laboratory experience required.
• 0-1 years lead or supervisory experience in a laboratory setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and complex tests with high accuracy for ER, OR, and Cath Lab.
• Documents QC procedures and initiates corrective actions.
• Acts as lead resource, mentoring staff and coordinating with supervisor/director.
• Maintains LIS data accuracy and ensures timely specimen processing.
