Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for analysis by recording, weighing, and blending.
• Write identification onto plates for client and sample tracking.
• Pipette sample solution into tubes or plates per analysis process.
• Pour agar into plates or tubes to start growth.
• Place plates in incubator for specified time and temperature.
• Prepare media and broth for pathogen testing as required.
• Maintain readiness of media and materials for next testing sequence.
• Follow safety policies and participate in lab housekeeping duties.
