Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Microbiology or Biological Sciences.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial microbiology experience.
• Experience with aseptic techniques in pharma/medical device testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing of pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and medical devices under supervision.
• Conduct USP/ASTM/CLSI-based microbiology tests (time-kill, MIC/MBC, sterility, microbial limits, bioburden).
• Maintain lab notebooks and documentation per GDP guidelines.
• Prepare media, reagents, plates and tubes; restock supplies.
• Present data at laboratory meetings and manage inventory of media and reagents.
