Qualifications

• MT/MLS with 18 graduate hours in a biological science.
• Two years’ experience in a Microbiology department.
• Certifications in MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or M(ASCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong technology skills including email, SIS, and LMS.
• Organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of educational theory and learner-centered teaching.
• Commitment to student success and ADA accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of course outcomes and curriculum.
• Convey course outcomes and expectations to students.
• Organize and manage instructional activities.
• Provide evaluation methods aligned to outcomes.
• Submit grades on time and maintain records.
