Job summary

Eagle is seeking a Microbiologist I to operate in a controlled cleanroom laboratory, performing routine microbiological tests, environmental monitoring, and sample handling in accordance with cGMP, cGLP, and SOPs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Biology or Microbiology, with preferred experience in sterility testing and cleanroom operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or related field.
• Experience with sterility testing and cleanroom operations.
• Familiarity with cGMP and cGLP regulatory environments.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiological testing, including sterility and endotoxin testing, to ensure compliance.
• Conduct environmental monitoring of clean rooms and interpret EM plates.
• Maintain chain of custody and manage sample aliquoting, storage, receipt, and shipping.
• Enter and verify data in accordance with cGMP/cGLP and SOPs.
• Support training of new team members and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Maintain logbooks and documentation per SOPs.
• Communicate with QA, Client Care, and internal teams to align workflow.
