Job summary

• PhD in a related field or MS with 2+ years experience.
• Experience with constraint-based metabolic modeling and COBRA toolbox.
• Experience collaborating with wet-lab teams and translating models to experiments.

Responsibilities

• Translate in silico designs to bench experiments.
• Perform GEM reconstruction and simulation.
• Develop high-throughput computational workflows (FBA, MOMA, regulatory flux).
• Integrate multi-omics data to refine models and guide experiments.
• Refine models based on pilot-scale validation and feedback.
