ALLO Fiber in Arizona invites applications for an entry-level Micro-Trenching Technician I. You will assist with site setup, traffic control, and basic trenching tasks while learning safety standards and operating procedures.

The role emphasizes physical work, lifting up to 80 lbs, and outdoor conditions. Prior construction exposure helps, and training will be provided to develop foundational skills in micro-trenching operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year construction or utility experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform outdoor labor.
• Willingness to learn trenching and fiber installation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, cleanup, and traffic control at job sites.
• Support trenching, hydro-vac, structure placement, and material handling operations.
• Learn and adhere to company safety and construction procedures.
• Load and unload tools and materials daily.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
