Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers throughout the school day across instructional and non‑instructional activities.
• Work directly with students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Help facilitate project‑based learning activities and keep students on track.
• Build genuine relationships with students and contribute to a positive, growth‑oriented campus culture.
• Assist with classroom logistics, transitions, and day‑to‑day campus operations.
• Collaborate closely with the teaching team to support student success.
