• Directs or via supervisors the maintenance and operation of micro markets and equipment.
• Ensure sanitation, security, and loss prevention measures are followed.
• Prepare operating reports and monitor cash, inventory, and transactions.
• Train associates on processes, software, merchandising, and food safety.
• Travel within the district to oversee micro markets as needed.
