Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance audits on incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards
• Monitor adherence to HACCP and GMPs, report issues
• Generate reports using Microsoft Office and SAP
• Verify regulatory compliance, document reviews
• Work with microbiology, chemistry, sensory, and product development teams for testing
• Evaluate Certificate of Analysis data and take corrective actions
• Assist production in reworking products for quality issues
• Maintain records of testing and quality issues
• Conduct food safety and GMP orientations
• Perform formulation audits and quality checks
• Investigate and document food safety incidents
• Use PPE as required; conduct yourself according to company standards
