Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a dedicated front-of-house teammate. You will maintain coffee stations, greet guests, and keep service areas stocked and presentable to high standards.

You will also drive a delivery vehicle to move prepared foods between the production kitchen and client sites on a set schedule, ensuring timely service. This role requires a strong customer service mindset and a safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front of house area and coffee stations; keep service areas clean and stocked.
• Greet guests and merchandise products attractively according to standards.
• Drive a delivery vehicle to transport prepared foods between kitchens and sites per schedule.
• Smile, greet, and serve customers; uphold hospitality standards.
• Follow safety rules; assist with restocking and product rotation as needed.
• Display merchandise and signs; maintain neat MK areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Hourly Wage: The hourly pay range for this position is $27.10 per hour - $27.10 per hour. Benefits are provided in accordance with the location’s Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

Key Purpose

• Maintain the front of house area and coffee stations while keeping service areas clean and stocked with product.
• Merchandise products in an attractive manner to Guckenheimer standard. Greet guests, making them feel welcome.
• To drive a delivery vehicle for the purpose of delivering prepared foods from the production kitchen to various sites, following a predetermined schedule.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain product inventory to established levels.
• Maintain contracted coffee program
• Recognize products; accurately restock and rotate products.
• Smile, greet, & serve customers, making them feel welcome.
• Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control
• Display merchandise in an attractive manner
• Maintain all MK areas in a neat, clean, and attractive manner.
• Label and display signs for all items.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.
• Ensure that all MKs are restocked with adequate product throughout the day.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
• Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code.
• Employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
