We are seeking compassionate and clinically sharp physicians to support our growing national telemedicine program focused on Hormonal Health. You’ll play a vital role in improving quality of life for individuals experiencing hormonal imbalances through individualized care and evidence-based treatment protocols — all from the convenience of your own location.

MD/DO License Required | DEA or CSS license Required

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits (live and asynchronous) with patients
• Review comprehensive intake forms to guide treatment decisions
• Prescribe bioidentical hormone therapy using safe, transdermal delivery methods
• Utilize our HIPAA-compliant workspace to communicate with medical leadership
• Ensure timely (48-hour) response to patient follow-ups
• Participate in structured renewal and dosage adjustment cycles every 90-180 days

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in at least Michigan ( Also seeking Ohio and Kentucky)

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Board Certification: Family Medicine (preferred), Internal Medicine
• 1+ years of experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training
• 2+ active medical state licenses in good standing is a strong plus
• Willingness to work more than 10+ hours per week is a strong plus
• Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Comfortable providing care asynchronously. Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
