About the role:

You will be a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers.

You will report to the Clinical Leader for the service line you support.

You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Pay Transparency:

$200 per APP per month for APP supervision duties. Oscar Medical Group will cover your malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state regulations.
2. Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
3. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
2. MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
3. Supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA).
4. Must be eligible for IMLCC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact).
5. Must be licensed in GA, TX, and OH.
6. At least 3 years of clinical experience in urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine practice.

Bonus points:

• 2+ years of Telemedicine experience.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Licensed in OMG states: MI, IL, CT, PA, NC, OK, VA.
