Job summary

Cochlear is seeking an Associate Clinical Territory Manager for Michigan. You will sell, develop, and demonstrate Cochlear's brand and product portfolio, building clinical and product expertise in CI and Baha solutions while aligning with the territory business plan.

You will collaborate with field and corporate teams to drive growth and patient outcomes. Based in Michigan, you will be based in the territory with travel up to 60%, supporting clinical and surgical stakeholders and managing key

Qualifications

• Masters in Audiology or Au.D degree; prior clinical and/or surgical experience strongly preferred.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency.
• Experience in hearing health, cochlear implant technology and/or hearing solutions industry; implantable solutions background preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with field and corporate teams.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs; valid driver's license; access to reliable vehicle; credentialing for hospital access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Cochlear's product portfolio.
• Effectively sell and position Cochlear product features and brand benefits.
• Develop and demonstrate business acumen aligned with territory business plan and strategy.
• Successfully execute territory business plan assignments with professional and customer partners.
