Job summary

The Madrona Company in Healdsburg, CA is seeking a Bartender to join our onsite restaurant team. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, take orders, and deliver prompt, friendly service while upholding our high standards.

You will manage bar stock, keep the workspace clean, assist with closing shifts, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a memorable guest experience during busy nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending and customer service.
• Ability to work late nights and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders and skillfully prepare and serve beverages.
• Maintain bar stock and keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Follow established service standards and guest requests promptly.
