Job Summary

Provide on‑ and off‑ice instruction to Miami Youth Hockey players and help foster an appreciation for the sport among program participants. This position is an integral part of the Miami Youth Hockey program.

Essential Duties

• Provide on‑ and off‑ice instruction.
• Teach skills such as stick/puck handling, power skating, passing, shooting, and checking.
• Develop, lead, and facilitate drills to meet desired curriculum topics.
• Distribute and collect Goggin rental hockey equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of the ice industry, including ice skating and/or ice hockey, with a relevant background and experience in team participation, coaching, etc.
• Pass a State of Ohio Criminal Background Check.
