Job summary

The position offers a daytime schedule with shifts from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM on multiple days, and pays $19.50 per hour. A background check and drug screen are required by policy.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, tenants, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas; observe and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity across the property.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns; notify appropriate personnel and document actions.
