Qualifications

• At least three years of broad-based, general litigation experience in a top-tier law firm or as a Federal Court judicial clerk.
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills.
• Experience coordinating matters in Florida State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation: pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial.
• Experience managing all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and drafting and arguing motions.
• Florida Bar admission required; Spanish language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) preferred.

Candidate should have at least three years of broad based, general litigation experience in a top-tier law firm or similar experience as a Federal Court judicial clerk. Candidates should have strong writing, research, and case management skills and experience coordinating matters in Florida State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. All candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills. Professional working proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). All candidates must be admitted to the Florida State Bar.
