Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.
• 3–4 years of commercial or complex business litigation experience.
• Experience in both state and federal court.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Trial preparation and settlement experience preferred.
• Spanish and English fluency strongly preferred.

Role Overview

The associate will work on a broad range of complex business litigation matters and take an active role throughout the lifecycle of each case.

Candidate Profile

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing required
• 3-4 years of commercial or complex business litigation experience
